The GROUNDS
As soon as you go through the gates to Honeysuckle Barn, you can tell you’re in for a garden treat. The English-style gardens were established by renowned landscape designer Michael Pithie. With roses, daffodils, tulips and irises in the borders, there’s always something in bloom.
Explore the Secret Garden, pick fruit and veg in the vegetable garden, and enjoy the sunset down by one of the dams. The barn also has its own cottage garden and courtyard, with furniture that you can easily move to wherever the mood takes you. There are another 8 acres of rolling pasture with two lakes to enjoy picnics and walks. And if you feel sporty, there’s a tennis court, too.
