Honeysuckle Barn is a destination in itself. There’s no need to get in the car when 10 acres of beautiful gardens and countryside are only a few steps from the front door. Explore them at your leisure. Then return to the barn and relax by the wood fire or outside in the cool shade of the trees.
History and luxury
The 170-year-old bluestone barn has been lovingly renovated to combine historical features with modern comforts. The bathroom floor is heated, the beds are super-comfy, and there’s a coffee machine to help get your day off to a great start. Enjoy the view through the tall picture window when you’re curled up on the couch.
Beautiful gardens
The English-style gardens were established by renowned landscape designer Michael Pithie. Relax by the pond in the Secret Garden, or take a short stroll to the vegetable garden to see what’s in season. With roses, daffodils, tulips and irises in the garden borders, there’s always something in bloom.
